1) Pátrání:
Frederico musí zajet do města vypátrat, kde sídlí největší gang. Gang se usídlil blízko přístaviště ve Works Guarter. Frederico zajede k jednomu starému domu, kde sídlí největší městský gang. Frederico si nejdříve promluví s bossem gangu. Ten dá Fredericovi úkol. Musí vypátrat kde sídlí rodina dona Salieriho jr., ale Frederico se od svého dědy dozvěděl že rodina dona Salieriho sídlila v Little Italy v Salieriho baru. Frederico pak vše oznámil svému bossovi kde by mohl Salieri jr. sídlit.
2) Útok na bar:
Když přijde Frederico do domu jeho gangu zjistí, že je boss pěkně naštvaný. Říká že mu Salieri jr. stále kazí plány a tak se ho rozhodne zlikvidovat. Tímto úkolem pověří Frederica, který ho bude muset splnit. K Fredericovi se připojí i velmi dobrý řidič Kevin Brown. Kevin ho zaveze k Salieriho baru, kde se připravý na útok. Kevin nastartuje motor, Frederico vezme granát, hodí ho a rychle nastoupí do auta. Navečer, když přijde Frederico domů, spatřil Kevina. Kevin mu chtěl sdělit, že se jim nepodařilo Salieriho jr. zabít.
3) Území:
Mafie dona Salieriho jr. začala uzavírat obchody s doutníkama na území gangu ve Works Guarter. Tohle se dozvěděl boss gangu a byl s tím plně nespokojen. Řekl tedy Fredericovi, Kevinovi a Peterovi, který dokáže otevřít spoustu zámků a jen tak se něčeho nelekne, aby jel s nimi. Musejí se dostat nepozorovaně do přístavu do jednoho z mnoha skladů, kde jsou doutníky naloženy na nákladní vozidlo.Večer se tedy vydá tahle parta na lup. Když přijedou k vrátnici, vylezou z auta a přijdou k vrátnému a Frederico ho uspí bassebalkou, svážou a začnou mu vyhrožovat, jestli jim neřekne kde jsou doutníky tak ho zabijí. Vrátný si to rychle rozmyslel a přivedl je do velkého skladu. Pak Kevin řekl vrátnému aby to otevřel, ale vrátný neměl klíč a tak ho Peter okamžitě zastřelil. Peter přistoupil k vratům a jednoduše je otevřel. Před nimi se objevily krabice s doutníky. Peter pak měl ještě jednu práci, musel otevřít nákladní vozidlo ,na které začal Frederico nakládat bedny. Peter auto odemkl a Kevin usedl za volant.V době kdy už chtěli vyjet náhle přišel skladník, který okamžitě zavolal pomoc.V té době začal Kevin řvát ( Frederico,vem si Thomson a vylez si na korbu). Frederico tam vylezl. Jen co odjeli ze skladu objevily se za ním 4 auta. Frederico vzal Thomson a okamžitě začal střílet. Když všechny auta setřásli přijeli do skladu za domem kde sídlí městský gang.
Intro:
Do Ameriky se vrátí Frankova dcera Julie, aby navštívila pana Thomase Angela. Když se dozví, že je Thomas mrtvý, zeptá se Sáry, kde je Frederico. Sára jí řekla že se odstěhoval do města. Julie se moc dlouho nezdržela a jela navštívit Frederica.
4) Špatný muž:
Jen co přijede Julie do města, zastaví se u Frederica. Po rozhovoru se Julia rozhodne, že si prohlédne město takové, jaké znala jen z otcova vyprávění. Když už prošla mnoho památek, zastavila se v parku. Za pár okamžiků k ní přijela velká dodávka a Julii unesli. Druhý den u Frederica zazvoní telefon, a ozve se neznámí hlas: Máme tu vaši přítelkyni. Přijděte na nadzemní parkovište na Central Island. Frederico tedy jde. Najednou před parkovištěm uvidí muže velmi podobného Fredericovi. Když muž přišel do garáže, parkoviště vybuchlo. Měl to být atentát na Frederica. Najednou Frederico uviděl, jak od parkoviště odjíždí luxusní automobil. Frederico musí nasednout do auta a sledovat únosce Julie.
5) Svoboda:
Jen co se Frederico dozví o skrýši, kde ukrývají Julii, vezme si Kevina a jde se na věc. Přijedete tedy k domu, kde Julii skrývají. Před dveřmi stojí ochranka.Vyšlete tedy Kevina, aby ochranku zabavil a vy můžete obejít dům a vlézt do sklepa. Sklep vypadá jako muniční sklad, takže si Frederico může nabrat munici. Frederico se musí chovat absolutně tiše, aby nebyl spatřen.Vyjde tedy do přízemí. Frederico přijde do pokoje.V pokoji vidí,jak se muž z ochranky kouká na televizi. Frederico si na chodbě sebere basetbalovou pálku a přijde zezadu k ochrance a co nejvíc ho uhodí.Frederico projde schodištěm až do prvního patra, kde už na něj čeká Kevin. Otevřete dveře do salónku, kde musíte postřílet všechny muže z ochranky. Až vysvobodíte Julii musíte rychle běžet k hlavnímu vchodu. Po cestě potkáte několik dalších mužů ze Salieriho mafie. Musíte nastoupit do nového Salieriho kabrioletu a setřást mafii z dohledu. Až se to povede odvezete Julii ke své matce na venkov.
Intro: Když Frederico s Kevinem hlídkovali ve Works Guarter, objevili podezřelé muže se zbraněmi. Toto vše řekl Frederico svému šéfovi. Za 2 dny se boss gangu dozvěděl, že se tu usadila nová Mafie dona Teraclina a zjistil také že chce zničit Salieriho rodinu. Boss si tedy sjednal schůzku s donem Teraclinem. Po dlouhém rozhovoru se gang s mafií dona Teraclina spojí a začíná boj proti MAFII dona SALIERIHO.
6) Výhružka:
Hned druhý den se Frederico dozvěděl, že pracuje pro dona Teraclina. Teraclino si chce Frederica vyzkoušet. Musíte vzít auto a přijet k Salieriho obchodu. Před obchodem stojí 2 muži ze Salieriho mafie. Muže musíte co nejdřív zabít a nenechat utéci prodavače. Až je zabijete utíkejte tedy za prodavačem a jednou ho střelte. V intru se zeptáte prodavače, kde Salieri bydlí. Poté co vám to řekne ho Frederico zastřelí. Pak přijdete do skladu kde namontujete bombu a vyhodíte obchod do povětří. Pak se vraťte do domu své Mafie.
7) Parník:
Frederico třetí den zajel do opchodu ze zbraněmi koupit si Colt1911A1 a Mosin Nagant.Kdiž jel do bytu svého dědi uložit si zbraně.Cestou zahlédl pklakát na kterém bylo napsáno že Don Salieri má narozeniny na parníku. Frederico druhý den jel k parníku a zjistil že už parník odjel.Frederico jel domů.
8) Útok na Salieriho
Frederica to hodně naštvalo když tam ten parník nebyl. Zajel pro zbraně. Vzal si Thompson a Colt1911. Přijel k Salieriho baru. Frederico věďel že kdyby šel do baru tak by ho poznali a nejspíš odpráskly. V autě měl molotov koktejl. Zapálil ho a hodil na bar a rychle ujel pryč. Za týden se dočet že pár mužů od Salieriho to zabylo ale Salieri a jeho muži přežili útok na bar.
9) Záchranná akce
Frederico měl dnes smůlu. Ale když se dozví že unesli Kevina, tak se naštval, jel za Teraclinem a řekl mu, ať mu dá to nejlepší auto co má že jede zachránit Kevina. Teraclin mu řekl že teda jo. Jel do skladiště kde věznili Kevina . Tam omráčil 2 hlídače a vzal si jejich zbraně (mají u sebe thomson a colt 911) vešel do dveří a postřílel tam asi 20 mužů. Jak prošel chodbou a zahnul doprava bylo tam 10 dveří. Ve třetích dveřích je 5 mužů a Kevin. Je třeba je postřílet, rozvázat Kevina, běžet do auta a jet za Teraclinem.
