Peter přistoupil k vratům a jednoduše je otevřel. Před nimi se objevily krabice s doutníky. Peter pak měl ještě jednu práci, musel otevřít nákladní vozidlo ,na které začal Frederico nakládat bedny. Peter auto odemkl a Kevin usedl za volant.V době kdy už chtěli vyjet náhle přišel skladník, který okamžitě zavolal pomoc.V té době začal Kevin řvát ( Frederico,vem si Thomson a vylez si na korbu). Frederico tam vylezl. Jen co odjeli ze skladu objevily se za ním 4 auta. Frederico vzal Thomson a okamžitě začal střílet. Když všechny auta setřásli přijeli do skladu za domem kde sídlí městský gang.

Frederico si na chodbě sebere basetbalovou pálku a přijde zezadu k ochrance a co nejvíc ho uhodí.Frederico projde schodištěm až do prvního patra, kde už na něj čeká Kevin. Otevřete dveře do salónku, kde musíte postřílet všechny muže z ochranky. Až vysvobodíte Julii musíte rychle běžet k hlavnímu vchodu. Po cestě potkáte několik dalších mužů ze Salieriho mafie. Musíte nastoupit do nového Salieriho kabrioletu a setřást mafii z dohledu. Až se to povede odvezete Julii ke své matce na venkov.

Po dlouhém rozhovoru se gang s mafií dona Teraclina spojí a začíná boj proti MAFII dona SALIERIHO.
6) Výhružka:
Hned druhý den se Frederico dozvěděl, že pracuje pro dona Teraclina. Teraclino si chce Frederica vyzkoušet. Musíte vzít auto a přijet k Salieriho obchodu. Před obchodem stojí 2 muži ze Salieriho mafie. Muže musíte co nejdřív zabít a nenechat utéci prodavače. Až je zabijete utíkejte tedy za prodavačem a jednou ho střelte. V intru se zeptáte prodavače, kde Salieri bydlí. Poté co vám to řekne ho Frederico zastřelí. Pak přijdete do skladu kde namontujete bombu a vyhodíte obchod do povětří. Pak se vraťte do domu své Mafie.
7) Parník:
Frederico třetí den zajel do opchodu ze zbraněmi koupit si Colt1911A1 a Mosin Nagant.Kdiž jel do bytu svého dědi uložit si zbraně.Cestou zahlédl pklakát na kterém bylo napsáno že Don Salieri má narozeniny na parníku. Frederico druhý den jel k parníku a zjistil že už parník odjel.Frederico jel domů.

Frederica to hodně naštvalo když tam ten parník nebyl. Zajel pro zbraně. Vzal si Thompson a Colt1911. Přijel k Salieriho baru. Frederico věďel že kdyby šel do baru tak by ho poznali a nejspíš odpráskly. V autě měl molotov koktejl. Zapálil ho a hodil na bar a rychle ujel pryč. Za týden se dočet že pár mužů od Salieriho to zabylo ale Salieri a jeho muži přežili útok na bar.
9) Záchranná akce
Frederico měl dnes smůlu. Ale když se dozví že unesli Kevina, tak se naštval, jel za Teraclinem a řekl mu, ať mu dá to nejlepší auto co má že jede zachránit Kevina. Teraclin mu řekl že teda jo. Jak prošel chodbou a zahnul doprava bylo tam 10 dveří. Ve třetích dveřích je 5 mužů a Kevin. Je třeba je postřílet, rozvázat Kevina, běžet do auta a jet za Teraclinem.
